I’ve done something called the “eczema diet” in an effort to improve eczema symptoms by eliminating foods which cause inflammation (e.g. dairy) in the body. Eventually, I will write a blog post about my personal experience and may recommend or link to a nutritionist and other resources.

In the meantime, I will summarize by saying that, as someone who has struggled with disordered eating throughout my life, I’ve found it most helpful to keep the general guidelines in mind while being sure not to *obsess* over my “diet”.
